- For resection specimens with well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors of low or intermediate grade of the duodenum, ampulla, jejunum, and ileum.  Carcinomas with mixed endocrine/glandular differentiation, poorly differentiated carcinomas with neuroendocrine features, and small cell carcinomas are not included.
