The diameter ranges from __ cm at the proximal end to __ cm in the mid portion. The serosa is red-pink, with a __ cm ruptured area in the dilated mid region. There is a __ x __ x __ cm intraluminal blood clot underlying the rupture, with associated intramural hemorrhage. No definite products of conception are identified.
