(Note: A cystoprostatectomy specimen may contain three separate primaries: carcinoma of the urinary bladder, carcinoma of the prostate and carcinoma of the urethra. Depending on the pathology in a given case, the number of protocols to be used in a cystoprostatectomy specimen will vary.)
